So disappointed :(
As a resident, I’ve been extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and transparency from management. I went over two weeks without a working dishwasher, nearly a week without proper ac, and a month of mold growing in the closet-despite multiple reports and keeping a clean home. 9 times out of ten whenever I reach out, I get no answer. The lead property manager told me two separate times she was coming to my home to observe some of the issues. I waited around for her all day twice,... only for her to not show up at all. Not even an apology. :(
I have two ESA’s now in the home, and paperwork was accepted for one and not the other-despite it being the exact same paperwork. I turned in their registration weeks before rent was due only to be told that the registration was not valid the day payments were due. My doctor was out of office so there was no way to get any additional information in just one day. I have no idea why it was fine for one and not the other or why they waited to tell me weeks after everything was turned in. I’ve given up trying to email the lead manager as I am just ignored. It’s beyond disheartening and disappointing. I was so excited to move in too. I should have known it was going to be a wild ride once I got here and my apartment wasn’t ready the day my lease started.
The perks of this place are the maintenance team. Sonny is incredible. She’s always incredibly busy-which says a lot about the apartment complex itself.
The pool is also nice when it’s open. That’s sorta rare. And it’s hard to know if it’s open for sure because the pool is closed sign is always up, despite messages saying it’s open.
The location is nice and I really wanted to renew my lease. But it’s not worth it with all the problems.
