Superb Management!

This property has so many new updates! The manager is amazing, and has made every aspect of moving simple. Units have washer/dryers, dishwashers, and they even offer fast wifi and unbelievable streaming packages. I was sold on finding a quiet community out here that allowed me to bring my dogs, but everything else has reaffirmed my decision. I recommend Lynnwood to everyone I know!

Super clean and quiet

They just updated these apartments. With their changes, the community is super quiet and clean! The apartments are brand new inside and even have washer/dryers and dishwashers. I was super impressed.

Drug Infested

Do not move here!! Signs say Under New Management. It is still drug infested. Dealers out in the open. Not a safe place at all.

Impossible to get in contact

Scheduled two tours that noone showed up to. Both times there was a sign on the door stating they were closed for the day. I even called ahead and asked for them to call me back. Never heard back.
