Welcome to Namast'ay at the Beach, the perfect place to snowbird for the winter months. This unit is a fully furnished oceanfront studio located at the Caravelle Resort. It is available for monthly rentals only from January 3, 202 - March 3, 2025.... Rent our place and enjoy a private balcony, king-size bed, and a fully equipped kitchen, along with the available resort amenities (heated pools, hot tubs, lazy river, fitness center, coin-operated laundry). Utilities included in the monthly price: cable, electricity, heat, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and water. Our tastefully furnished suite places you just steps from the shoreline, offering direct oceanfront views from your private balcony or the 7th-floor sundeck. RESORT IS NOT PET FRIENDLY.
Less than a 90-day lease is $1200/month plus taxes will be added to the rent per local requirements. A one-time $125 departure cleaning fee will be added to the first month's rent. Housekeeping with linen replacement can be added for a fee.
SNOWBIRD/WINTER RENTAL ONLY
Unit is Available: January 3, 2025 to March 3, 2025
The Condo is NOT available for showing due to occupied vacation renters.
We will not rent to third parties!
Maximum occupancy: 2 guests
Includes two parking passes.
The renter must sign the rental agreement and provide photo identification. The first month's rent along with the security deposit and cleaning fee is due with the signed rental agreement.
