The pool is not heated and is available from April to Nov 1 (may be closed some days for maintenance and cleaning). There is paid laundry on floors 3, 7 and 11 and ice machines located on 2nd, 10th floors. Elevator access. Not handicap accessible. One block from the beach.

Included: Pool, 2 parking spaces (with parking pass-no commercial vehicles), Internet, water/sewer, and basic cable included. If desired you can get the unit cleaned, towels, and linens for $135 a time.
