This condo is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that has a queen-size bed in main bedroom... and two twin beds in the second bedroom, it boasts all the comforts of home just steps to the beach! The main bedroom has a bathroom attached, and the second bathroom is accessible from the hallway in the unit. Relax in the living room or on the private balcony where the Ocean Breeze can be enjoyed in seclusion or with your friends with your morning cup of coffee! Each bedroom as well as the living room have a television for those days that you may want to stay indoors. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for all your cooking needs. For your outdoor activities you can enjoy the many onsite pools (Including an indoor pool!), basketball courts, tennis courts, and of course the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean!

This is a first floor unit, but the building is a raised building. The building has many access points that require stairs but does have some handicap accessible ramps at some entryways.

This unit is available for a monthly rental starting February 1 through February 29, 2024.
Rent is $1,350 per month, security deposit is $500. A processing fee of $95 is due prior to move-in. Departure cleaning fees and any applicable taxes are additional.
