I enjoy living at Cadia at Nexton! The bimonthly resident events are amazing! I love having the opportunity to chat with neighbors and getting to know each other. The grounds are well kept and amenities are as well!

Really love the peaceful environment and homeliness of this community! There are events often to bring together residents and it feels friendly throughout! However, the change of branding with no prior notice was shocking. There are also rose bushes in a dog friendly neighborhood that leaves thorn ridden branches, which my dog had to go to the emergency vet due to. There is also the aspect of maintenance requests sitting incomplete for a long period of time. Overall a good place to be but has... its faults.

I had alot of stuff broke in the first month, and the yappy dog all hours of the night , and loud people at 1am during the week is a little annoying. Otherwise it's a nice place, I like the events and food trucks.
