Been here 5 years with little to no issues. Other residents have been great and are very friendly . Dogs are welcomed and loved here. Overall good place.

Poor office response. Untimely maintenance request responses. Numerous calls to get anything done. Each time we go to the office, we get a different person as they keep no one employed for any length of time.

Living here as a whole has been fine. Low standards have been met and at times they exceed them. Maintinence is never on time or giving you and accurate timeline. There’s never the same people in the front office for more than 3 months. Our front office NEVER returned calls or even let us know our lease was ending.

Overall the process wasn't as expected. Im still missing the key for the mail box, I called the office since they have not followed up with me and nothing. No welcome gift like many other place do with their new tenants. The apartment has several items incomplete and my garbage was overlooked and not picked up. So far disappointed
