Apartments are nice location is nice. Phone lines are usually backed up, you still the previous resident’s mail, and work orders take a while to be completed.

Everyone is so nice here! Great people in the office always willing to help. I appreciate the pool being blue all year round and the property staying clean. That means a lot to me. Seeing smiling faces each day helps make it a better day too. I love it here. I feel relaxed when I get home.

After getting the renewal squared away, the experience has been great! We are all decorated for Christmas and it’s really feeling cozy!! Staff has been quick to address any concerns and issues and are helping to keep us cozy and warm as we transition to the cooler months!

Water pressure is terrible. Septic system is rarely emptied and smells horrid. High end living with low end care. Packages are never delivered correctly. Walls are paper thin. Neighbors are never held accountable. Parking issues. Etc.

My only issue is the amount of dog poop everywhere. I can't even let my grandson play in the grass at all here. I fostered a dog for 2 days and the dog park was covered in poop. Why cannot there be cameras up to catch these people? I have such a high deposit for a cat.
One reason I moved here is because I was told the grounds did not have issues with this.
