Awesome apartments rich with character
I love the high ceilings, huge windows, and the fact that the renovation team incorporated original exposed brick accent walls into the design to maintain the character and history of what used to be an actual bread factory close to 100 years ago. Very unique!

Mold, thin walls, and so much more!
areas and blaring music til 4am? How about black mold and second floor walk that could collapse at any second? If you answered yes to any of these, then Bread Factory Lofts is the place for you!
This apartment complex has a lot of potential but its seemingly run by people who have little to no interest in doing their jobs outside of the wonderful maintenance man, Mike. They didn't have my unit ready upon move in, I had to ask multiple times to get a copy of my lease before moving across the... country, and they changed the door code without emailing all the tenants.
My unit was disgusting when I moved in. The previous tenants had a dog (which apparently was a surprise to the staff) and left me the gift of fleas that I had to get rid of. The staff didn't resolve any of my requests or issues with the apartment until months after.
Bottom line: you might have a decent chance at striking gold with the potential lawsuits lurking in this lousy complex. You'll just have to invest in mold cleaner, ear plugs, and a parachute to stay alive long enough to do so.

Poor Customer Service
Maintenance issues that relate to door locks will never be handled by Bread Factory Lofts' staff. They make you pay for any fees to unlock a door after their business hours when that is when the majority of lockouts happen. Their staff is also new and has a high turnover rate and management seems unaware of the issues that happen at the property. Even though the lofts have a great community feel and are spacious, they lack the amenities most apartment complexes provide such as dog poop bags,... usable washers/dryers, free lockouts, or even quick communications to alert about things happening in the building.
