How Is This Rating Determined?

Noisy!!!

The walls are paper thin— you can hear your upstairs neighbor in the bathroom, Southside social until 2 am almost every night, and noise complaints are not handled well. Being surrounded by so many noises out of your control really makes for a frustrating living situation.

No trash chute, packages are left out on a couch since there is no mail room. I would never live here again, especially for the price.

Noise is unbearable

Noise is AWFUL!!! The Court yard seems like a great idea at the beginning but when you have such ridiculously LOUD people who are out there at night it is maddening!!!!!

There is supposed to be quiet hours which is a good idea, but what about during the day when other people just want to enjoy their day without people yelling?!?!

The sound of plumbing from the upper floor is so gross and disturbing and LOUD!!!
