Can’t ever get ahold of anyone. Poor management, poor customer service; If I could give no stars that’s what it would be. All they care about is money. Can’t use the washer/dryers because there’s always an issue and last time all my clothes were burned/melted by the dryer But because they’re not owned by the property they do not care. I’m so tired of this management and this property and many other residents are too.

Hello, I am so sorry to hear about your issues. There has been a change in office staff and maintenance starting the end of July. I cannot speak for the previous staff but can guarantee, we are always in the office during business hours excluding... lunch. My new staff is working hard to fix all prior concerns that have been brought to our attention, including yours, which has been resolved. If a message is left we will return your call. In regards to the washer and dryers. Yes, we do not own the washers/dryers and therefore cannot assume responsibility for damages. We did however contact the company as soon as it was brought to our attention and had them serviced. All we ask is that you give us time to fix issues. Me and my staff take pride in our property and working hard to make needed changes
