Unorganized and mischievous

They told us the apartment was but our move in day a month and some days out. Turns out they were trying not to let us move in due to them trying to raise the rent on the apartments . This is after the room had been Available plus it’s after a long annoying process to get approved now they want us to go back through that same process that took us to have to keep calling them to do their jobs it’s very unprofessional and sad and for the amount now better on not wasting your time
