Very UNPROFESSIONAL

Wow REALLY thought I liked these apartments. Let’s start off by saying there’s MOLD in the tubs. It has bugs that somehow get through my windows. Spider infested?Ratchet ppl everywhere which most of them don’t work, ppl that walk around with drugs and guns in their hands... but just read the rest of this.. Then they placed me in a building with an OLD MAN who think my 100 sound Tv is too high when it’s on 23. Now the security man has just come to my door for the FIRST TIME EVER. And stated that... multiple complaints have been filed about my music, complaints that I’ve NEVER physically seen or have been warned about. I get paid VERY WELL at my job I don’t have to live based on income. And it’s VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to have a neighborhood security guard that SMOKES weed with the residents to come tell me something with NO paperwork threatening to give me a 30day notice. I signed my lease for another year already but I’m going to see if I can get out of this lease? Eww I’m disgusting why send a man that doesn’t even work in the office, that shows how TRASHY this place is. Idc how bad you think you need it don’t move here.

Frankly, my dear, you could do better.

Shootings every 3-5 days, a courtesy officer that seems to have been quietly dismissed and never replaced, kid vandalizing cars, entry doors, and neighbors' fences, adults too stoned or drunk to care. Roach infestations that the management does the bare minimum about, preferring to pressure wash buildings and hire roofers to chuck things off the roof with no regard or warning to tenants. Coaxial cables walled up (I have two sizeable holes in my living room wall from their "fix" for that issue,... phone lines nonexistent ("We ripped them out because they didn't work"), smoke alarms over a decade past their replace-by date, and the management has genuinely no idea what they are doing in terms of keeping track of pertinent paperwork. Don't get me started on the debacle that was them using a cement grinder near everyone's parked cars. The best way to describe the mentality of the owner and the management team is "putting lipstick on a pig". Don't count on them replacing any of your 20 year old appliances, no matter how poorly they function. My stove is a bigger fire hazard than the candles they so oft decry. On the plus side, lots of space to pace as you plan your move.

ready for a change

I'm very grateful for my apartment but I have a son now and where I live I can't go to school full-time and live there so I feel like it stops you from going further with my future.

Horrible Apartments

The office staff are rude. The courtesy officer causes more problems than they help. Don't get an apartment here
