The laundry room has an access door going to the backyard. There is a hallway near the kitchen leading to the bedrooms and bathroom. Outside, a charcoal grill is available for use.
Pets are welcome for a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the apartment. They are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the apartment, stains, or waste found in the yard or apartment, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
