It's furnished, with a brand windows, mini fridge, microwave, storage, wi-fi, and... all utilities included. A TV can be provided if requested. Bring your own Fire stick, Roku, or streaming device. There is NO kitchen sink, only small appliances. You share a large backyard for your leisure.

You must apply, pay for credit check, and pay a deposit of $745, plus first months rent to move in. A 3 month lease to start, then month to month after that.

Street parking only. No pets with the exception of rodents and reptiles. No overnight guests for more than two consecutive days. No smoking. No washer/dryer access. Central AC and heating is controlled by main house.
