Additionally, there is a covered porch just off the living room with patio furniture. This apartment has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a standup shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin over twin bunk beds, and the third bedroom has 2 full-sized beds. The second full bathroom is shared between these two rooms and has a shower/tub combination. This unit has direct access to the washer and dryer. The backyard is fully fenced and there is a charcoal grill available for use.
Pets are welcome with a $50 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
