Additionally, there is a covered porch off the living room with patio furniture. The master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and the third bedroom has two full-sized beds. The second full bathroom is shared between these two rooms and has a shower/tub combination. This unit has direct access to the washer and dryer. The backyard is fully fenced and includes a charcoal grill.
Pets are welcome with a $50 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
