A $40 application fee is required on everyone over the age of 18 living in the home. Upon pulling the application, we are evaluating credit and background. This charge is non-refundable. Avoid Rental Scams: CB Properties does not advertise on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace and will never ask you to wire money or request funds through a payment app on your mobile device.
