I Love My Apartment
I lived here for quite some time now. And have not had any problems here. It’s nice, l love the area. Office staff has always been pleasant and professional when l have encountered them. I plan on living here for several years to come.

Do not move here ever!
The property manager is terrible and does not care about tenants at all. Feels as though she thrives off making people’s lives hell. There is no empathy here! Apartments have terrible bug problems no matter how clean they are kept. There are cracks in walls where bugs are seen coming through. Drains stink terribly and there is always something broken. Will be moving as soon as remotely possible!

Not a fan
I’ve lived here for two years now and I hate it. My bathroom has got what appears to be mold on my faucet in the tub. I’ve asked them to fix it and they do other minor things instead. You’re right on Yale road so you hear the traffic all day and night. People who don’t live here park their cars in the little spots we have. In my honesty opinion you pay way to much and get very little in return.
