Pinebrooke Pointe Apartments

I live here my dishwasher has been broken since I moved in they pressure people to pay rent or get evicted yet ask that we be patient while they try to get a maintenance team they are ran down apartments with RATS and with cockroach infestations everywhere an the paint over their tubs and it peel off and u see how nasty it really is I have multiple pictures and videos of things and reasons y u shouldn’t waste ur money

I called and was informed that I got approved but then I was told about extra fees and extra income proof when I had already submitted my bank statements and last tax return as I was instructed to do so since I’m self employed. So when I tried to call back and turn in my items , no response. I left plenty voicemails and never got a call back. I really just wasted $50 on a application fee and I actually liked the environment when I went to visit and look at the apartment. It was just the people... in leasing that did not respond to me. I’m guessing the man was mad cause I wasn’t moving in the same day and he swore that he didn’t know if they apartment would be available a couple days later but they still be promoting like they got openings !!! DON’T MOVE HERE!!! These apartments are old and everything is patched up to look new! They will try anyway to get more money out of you!!! Threaten to evict you for rent you have paid already!!! Save yourself the trouble DONT DO IT!!!!!

Before you move in the staff is nice especially the lady with the hazel brown eyes but once you move in she switches. I ciuldnt get in the gate on day so a car was leaving out and I went in while the gate was still open and she threatened to call the police. She made up lies about me selling drugs and being in and out of my apt all times of the night and since she couldn't prove it she gave me 90 days to move.
