Maintenance very unprofessional

My apartment has had countless problems since I’ve moved in in December. You can call their emergency maintenance hotline and no one will call back or come see about your problem until the next day. The maintenance team is very rude and they dont like to do their jobs. Its not worth the trouble to move here.

Much Improvement Needed

I made a list of places in the Whitehaven area to go check out. This one wasn't on my list because the pictures made be leary about parking. I decided to go over anyway since it was right around the corner from another complex I was looking at.

The good thing about this complex is that it's right off the interstate and pretty easy to find. After that, things seem to go downhill.

There was no guard in the shack at the entrance. It looks as if someone drove through the security gate and...
ripped it off.

There seems to be much parking along the street side because there aren't enough parking spaces for all the tenants.

There are appliances outside of the office by the pool. Many of the roofs look patched. The siding on some of the buildings is loose. I couldn't really tell if there was work being done on one of the buildings in the back or not but every building I passed needed work.

The combination of the condition of the buildings, the lack of parking, people walking in the streets, and stopping their cars in the street was too much for me. I can't see myself living here without wrecking my nerves.
