Do not move here.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’d give 0 stars if I could. The old management were lovely, kind, and helpful. The new management is cold and refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes or anything at all, truly. The manager, Lauren, is particularly unkind. I was personally blamed by Lauren for a hole in our ceiling that was leaking water not being fixed. She lied to my husband about things that I supposedly said and did. The way she responds and speaks to people is so unprofessional. My husband has... received very unprofessional emails and responses from her. The new management has ruined the experience of living here. Overpriced apartments with incompetent management. There’s dog poop everywhere, my child can’t even walk in the grass without stepping in it. Many people do not leash their dogs here and nothing is done about it. Parking is a MESS. Trash service is lazy and unreliable. There have been WAY too many times management has had to enter the units here - and sometimes without proper notice. Also, several of their photos online are fake. But despite all of those negative things about living here, it’s the management that takes the cake for making it unbearable. We are breaking our lease because we do not enjoy living here. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, at least until Lauren and ZRS Management have left. There are so many nicer places to live in this area, take your money and family to one of them instead.
