It has great amenities and is in a great location—close to the interstate and shopping and dining. The staff is great, and the property is well-maintained.

Moved in being told how new management was going to enhance the community. Since then I’ve been penny pinched at every corner including fees, maintenance work orders being cheaply completed only for it to break the next week. My biggest issue has to be the trash piling up in the middle of a construction surrounded apartment complex. Needless to say I have only lived here for one year so who knows what is to come.

This was my first solo apartment and I’ve enjoyed it! Maintenance has always been there asap, management has been amazing! Upgrades to the gym would be great (new equipment) Stait master maybe lol overall 10/10

Great staff and beautiful property. Apartments have excellent layouts and natural lighting too! The location could not be better as it is within walking distance of several grocery stores and restaurants.

The only reason it is not 5 stars is the car wash/vacuum has not worked since we moved in.
