Great location, clean, nice neighbors. Property management was helpful and has an easy text line, they are very nice folks, and the location is very close to some great retail amenities.

Everyone is super friendly. The neighborhood feels very safe. I love that the location is pretty close to a lot of restaurants and activities. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Vintage Tollgate is a great place to live and is in a convenient location. This place grows everyday with new businesses going in all the time. It's like living in a mini city!!
Everyone is friendly especially the office and maintenence staffs.
I love that I get to meet new people all the time....some even becoming close friends.

Great place with now s pizza place in the neighborhood! Also love that they have events for residents to meet and get to know each other!! Also office staff is always so friendly!!
