Lily grace review

I currently live at The Lily grace apartments and have been for the past 5 months,I’ve had a great experience with my living situation and the Property manager Mrs Murphy has been very helpful. Any maintenance i have needed she has made sure to get someone on it. Very polite and friendly when i see her in passing and the maintenance guys I’ve met so far have been awesome too. Mrs Murphy took care of me upon my move in and made things a lot less stressful so I’m grateful for that,a lot of people… I’ve dealt with in the past haven’t been as helpful. All in all it’s been great so far!!

Repairs

I currently live in Lilly Grace Apartments. My Air has been out for 6 days now and I reported several times and still not fixed! I have never been late on Rent either. Once my air is fixed, I will post another post. Now I must say they have done a lot of upgrading to the property to look nice.

Horrible Experience

They outrageously raised the price and have made them no longer affordable. The outlets currently are not working. I am unable to plug in my refrigerator. Also, when I flush the toilet, the sewage comes up through the bathtub. The whole experience so far at these apartments has been a nightmare. These apartments are no longer affordable, and the management is very slow in providing service.
