3. Satisfactory criminal record
4. Debt to income ratio including rent must be less than 50%
5. Work History - 2 years with no interruptions
6. You must view the property before you submit application - No application fee refunds once you apply.
7. Credit classification for security deposit:

SECURITY DEPOSIT CRITERIA:
Credit Score - 600+ One Month\'s Rent deposit.
