There's a shared half bathroom near the kitchen as well as countertop seating. Level 3 includes the master bedroom with a king bed, heavenly mattress, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and an attached master bathroom with a double sink vanity and large walk-in shower. The home has an elevator that is not accessible for liability purposes. Booking guests must be at least 25 years old. Same day move-ins will not be honored after 9 AM AZ time. Local guests must be pre-approved to book this house. All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense. Guest agrees to provide identity authentication to Guest Ranger operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification.
