Excellent value. Manager is very respectful and responsive. Great place to stay. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and with care. Fine neighborhood—sometimes a bit noisy in the surrounding areas.
I recommend if you are new to the Nashville area. Great location.

The neighbors are all very amicable and friendly. The maintenance guys are super nice. Always love to see them running about. Only complaints would be the aggressively creaky floors. And the paint making some doors not fit the doorway correctly. And Ms. Leeper was incredibly easy to work with. All together I find this to be a wonderful place to live.

If you want peace of mind and don't want to feel like you're a child then don't live here. The manager her talks to ppl like children. She is so rude, she comes into your apartment when you're not home and takes pics

I went up there for a apartment that was open. When we got there the lady manager whoever looked at us crazy. Did not great us at all. And asked what are we doing there. Then she told us not to bother doing a application. She was very rude. Then she even had the nerve to say she was busy doing something. Like seriously. I will never try to come back here and id give -5 stars if i could.
