Gotcha By The Pocket: Stuck Praising The Accomodations.
As this is an internet-run facility, the only contact with assistance is though text message making this hotel an overpriced AirBnb. This means patrons must unlock various entrances to get into and out of the hotel. There is a helper available to answer basic questions about how to unlock doors, but that help does not include fixing something broken on the spot. Even the infinity logo is incorrect.
Parking a car requires added cost ($30/night) and one must navigate into a gated area on the... third floor to park. However, first, patrons must park in spaces around a corner from the garage entrance and obtain their room and garage access. This makes arrival by automobile a two-part chore. Leaving the parking area through an exit door requires a code and sets off an alarm. Rooms are accessed via cell phone app and/or a magnetic nub. There is heavy emphasis on security and privacy, but the lack of human guards and the plethora of mounted video cameras show otherwise. However, no one ever appeared in either the first fools meeting room or the gym giving the hotel an abandoned feeling.
Window shades do not completely cover the main window allowing sunlight to force an early wake up. The clear glass shower door lets family members see their loved one naked in the shower. There is no night light in the bathroom. Sliding doors abound none of which block ambient light. A part of the hotel overlooks a railroad yard, and diesel locomotives travel through the area day and night. A front entrance coffee machine forces one to bring his own cup. Common area furniture is filthy. The air smells of cleaning solution perhaps used as a mask for the structure's true odors.
Overall, this appears at first glance to be an avant-garde product: a self-run hotel that looks and feels unusual and experimental in its artistic expressions. After one night, it becomes more apparent that this was a repurposing of something - maybe even a factory adjacent to a freight railroad station - that came before that was not suited to be a hotel for traveling guests. The inadequate sliding doors, absent curtains, insufficient bakeware/cookware and the labyrinthine corridors laid out with worn out carpeting and limited elevators with a centrally positioned, caged parking garage speak of something from a prior era and is best avoided.

Absolutely the worst!!!!
Everything from mountains of trash in the parking garages, to mold issues, to a completely ineffective administration. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Excellent leasing staff
The leasing staff at Infinity Lofts is extremely helpful. Kelsie took videos and pictures of units I was interested in very quickly and responded to all of my questions within minutes. Highly professional and friendly!!

Life in the Gulch is Great!!!
"I love living at Velocity. Jennifer and Kelsie in the leasing office are the absolute best. The maintenance team is on point. I haven’t needed their service much except to have my water filet in my refrigerator replaced, and they responded super quick with a new filter. But with a great team and great location, this is definitely a great place to live."

HORRIBLE
The property management does not care about the tenants. They have charged unnecessary late fees, apartments have outdated technology, maintenance has their hands full with all the requests. draws have been broken, walls are thin, can hear your neighbor above. packages have been stolen (management does not care). great location but if you have anything wrong with your apartment, good luck getting it fixed.
