The property has its good and bad. Good -maintenance guys are always taking care of the work orders in a timely manner. Bad- the trash dumpsters are always placed in front of the garage entrance and they look nasty. We have been waiting on the trash situation to get better but it’s not.

The trash dumpsters are placed near the entrances when they are being swapped out for service from the vendor but are otherwise kept in the trash room or in their designated spot from... the trash company.
