Tried to keep security deposit

Good condo complex, great location, terrible manager. Live here for one year, moved out middle of 2014. Upon getting ready to leave the landlord Jeannie told me I never gave her a 30 day notice and I'd have to pay an additional months rent. I had a text message that showed I did give her a 60 day notice. Then with 5 days remains on my lease I came home to someone else's furniture in the apartment, Jeannie allowed the next tenets to move their big items in while I was at work! To cap off the... moving out experience, it took 2 months to get the security deposit back after numerous calls to Jeannie, she tried over and over to not pay up.

Overall: good apartments, manager needs to be fired.

Great Place!

Walking distance to downtown, and tons of bars in Midtown. If you're wanting to live close to downtown, but you don't want to spend a fortune for the location, this place is your best bang for your buck! Plus, its handy in an emergency having the hospital right next door. Landlord is super friendly! No major issues with the apartment. Overall great place to live.
