Not worth it
I lived there for 3 years. I moved in shortly before Elmington Property management took over. They were affordable and awesome management before Elmington. Once the new management took over, it went downhill fast. The office is unresponsive, closing the office multiple times and never answers the phone when they're open. Getting maintenance to fix anything is very difficult. We dealt with water leaks, A/C down, etc. I've talked with several other tenants and they all feel the same way.

Terrible management! Pm
Like all the others have said, this place used to be a great place to live until the new management took over. I cannot believe how quickly everything went downhill. No one is ever in the office. No one ever returns phone calls. Apparently having your smoke alarm going off, and smoke coming from the water heater AND having the fire department come doesn’t constitute an emergency to them. And that’s just one of the issues I had. The first year I lived there when MMC was in charge was excellent. I... had no complaints. But Elmington Property Management is absolutely terrible and it’s clear they do not care at all about tenants. Oh my AC drain was clogged and leaking terribly into my neighbors unit (you’d think water leaking on the second floor is an emergency). We had to fight with them for weeks for anything to get repaired. Totally ridiculous. Paying waaaay too much for crappy apartments that aren’t well kept. I’d recommend anyone checking out this property to please look elsewhere.

Do NOT move here!
This WAS a great complex till Elmington Property Mgmt took over in October of 2020. Since then, maintenance is nonexistent, the office staff unresponsive even assuming you can ever get them on the phone or see them in the office. My AC has been having issues since February and I have called-- no joke-- THIRTY-TWO times on it. Frequently that is ignored, but when they do respond they send out their ONE maintenance guy who does not speak English and who does not fix the problem. I have talked... to numerous other residents with similar problems. Trash is everywhere since they evidently cannot be bothered to empty trash cans. Pest control and air filter changes went from monthly to annually.

Maintenance Non-Existent, Management Unresponsive
The area is nice and seems relatively safe; however, management is poor. They do not answer the phone, call people back, or respond to emails. We have so many issues with our apartment including--but certainly not limited to--pest problems (cockroaches), rusty pipes, a leaking water heater, and a sliding glass door on the first floor that still doesn't lock, even though I put in a work-order on the very first day we moved in. They apparently have enough funds to install Google Nest Thermostats... in every apartment, but not enough to hire maintenance workers who have the ability to change the battery in a smoke detector. We are horrified and completely shocked by how poor management and maintenance are under Elmington Property Management. If things do not improve, we will absolutely be renting elsewhere. This is unacceptable. I'm not going to keep paying such a high rent for such low return.
