I Delightfully Pass
I have contacted this company/complex several times, left messages and have even emailed them. I have not received a single response via callback or even return email. I think the discourtesy is deplorable at best. It takes less than 5 minutes to reply by email or to place a return call. This speaks volumes as to the nature of the staff, their work practices and business ethics. I will definitely pass and find some place that meets the basic fundamentals of customer service. I had hoped... transplanting to a new state would be smoother than this. I profess myself disappointed.
