How Is This Rating Determined?

I like living here.

I've been here for 5 years. In the past, management was not the best in the world. (Understatement of the century!) however in the past 18 months, or so, The new manager Donnie has really turned things around. He is also a hell of a nice guy. I would be perfectly happy to live here for the rest of my life. Nuff said.

Great place to live

The newest manager Donnie is a great guy, he really does his job well and this place is running very well now. No complaints about our apartment, and the maintenance guy fixes everything down to the fans in the oven hood, and anything else. I recommend living here if you need affordable housing!!

Good now and Getting better

Apartments under new management now for the past few months. Lots of improvements have been made. Manager is on top of things and is working to keep fixing things. Very happy with the changes and would recommend moving here. I know things are just going to keep getting better.

my apartment

My apartment sucks I wouldn't recommend anybody to live here everything falls apart and they never fix anything on time I have mold it stinks and its nasty no matter how much you clean it I have three babies they stay sick ?? please help
