These are some of the most low down people I have ever met. Almost had me arrested for something I didn't do. Then basically made me and my kids homeless because I reported my neighbor stomping my roof in. Told me pretty much my family didn't matter nor did the fact that they sent the police after me for something I was not even aware of let alone did. I am so confused by this whole thing. So I'm writing this review to save some people a real headache. Do not put yourself in the position to have... done to u what has been done to me. STAY AWAY!! I've been living here for almost 3 months and I highly recommend it! I have so much extra space/storage in my unit 2bd 2bath 950sq ft, it's a very clean community, the neighbors are very nice and the apartment is beautiful!! The staff is very helpful Yolanda helped us through the renting process. I don't have many issues but if I need matience they will be here within a few hours to fix the problem! Overall love living here!!!

I've lived here for several years. The only reason I stay is because I don't like the headache of moving. I've been displeased for some years. I moved here when Tammy was here, Ms. Robin came on she was great and had the open door process though the times I've seen a change if it wasn't for Yolanda I don't know. I've did move to a bigger apartment but I should have just moved all together, since we have been in the pandemic state we were forced to pay rent on line which we are charged a fee for... even doing that which I think is so offer and yes the fee is charge rather you use credit are whatever other complexes don't do that, then you are charged another fee that said says something non-refundable administration fee-trash so I'm being charge for trash twice again awful. The maintenance staff don't fix anything they patch it just for a moment. I get tried of calling the main office for repair work. I've never seen so many people move in and out as I've seen in the years I've been here. Like i said I would leave myself cause what you are charged here you don't even have ceiling fans and light fixtures in your bedrooms you have to go out and purchase a lamp and the light fixtures you do have they tell you, you have to replace them when they go out. We have lived at Sunset Point for almost 4 years and have seen many changes in the area with lots of new apartments that have moved in around us. But there is just something about Sunset Point that we just can't leave because it's home. The staff is great and always warm and helpful. Moving from out of state and not knowing what we would walk in to, it has been home from the first day.
If you are looking for a new home, we give Sunset Point 5 stars.

While I loved the hardwood floors and the size of the rooms the management seemed in over their heads when it comes to managing the complex. Any time I acquired about management they insisted the manager was either not available, not on site or isn’t able to speak. They preferred deception rather than honest and simply being forth coming. The pool was closed for half the summer due to the office not planning and scheduling inspection. The office also lied to the tenants about why the pool was... closed. I had to call the city to find out any thing regarding the pool. Turns out they didn’t have the correct chemicals after having several months to prepare for the inspection. Repair orders took weeks to fix. I eventually stopped reporting it and fixed it myself. They also tried to charge me for things I already paid for. I would not recommend these apartments to any one.
