The maintenance supervisor, Dave, is a gem! What truly sets Dave apart is his friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile. He is always respectful and approachable, making residents feel valued and heard. His proactive communication keeps us informed about ongoing maintenance projects and improvements, fostering a strong sense of community.

Have lived at the Alister Oak hill Apts for a year now, just renewed my lease for another 15 months! We absolutely LOVE living here. The office staff is always avaliable to answer questions and they even host events monthly for residents. The maintenance team always answers requests promptly and professionally and my kids love the space here. The property is well maintained and all in all we have nothing but positive things to say about our time here.

Moved In a little bit over a year ago. Maintenance has been on top of every request sent. The office staff are very lenient with proper communication.

It's honestly terrible here. The residents are rude. There's nowhere to park. Packages stolen, cars broken into. Neighbors upstairs literally stomp around all day. Every month there seems to be a new fee to increase rent. Ive never wanted out of a place more.
