I absolutely love my apartment and the location. However, there’s been some hiccups with some of the appliances and finishing up the space even though it was supposed to be finished before I moved in September. Additionally, there was miscommunication about the rent promo. I was told that I could self prorate the credit that was given to me, hence me thinking that this would be a credit I could eat away at in my account or would be deposited in my bank account. However, after move in, they told... me the only way is by them applying it to my rent and I personally set my own money aside. For future reference please tell residents up front that you cover the first six weeks or whatever you’re offering and that’s it, or find a way to load it as a credit to their portal, I have used it that way through the resident portal app as well so I know it’s possible. Overall, it’s a beautiful apartment and I’m happy with the experience. Just wish they were a little more transparent and accommodating.
