fix your gate the gate has had constant issues for weeks. The policies here are not enforced there are some hallways that smell like a sewer and some smell great

Moving to Modera EaDo was a really good decision, the apartment building has many amenities and events that make the place cozy to live in.

The maintenance is very quick to answer to any request and the leasing office is also very helpful.

The only nitpick is the fact that you are forced to use WhiteSky as internet provider and it has some limitations for advanced uses. But this would only affect 1% of tennants

Overall highly recommend.
