Not Quiet or peaceful

Hope that you have good neighbors. THE WALLS ARE THIN. Dogs are very prevalent in this complex. If your neighbor has a vocal dog you will never get sleep. If your neighbors play music till midnight on a random work night then you will be having a hard time at work the next day. I’m unsure if they ever follow up with noise complaints or do anything so take matters into your own hands. Management has been fine. Maintence is good. The halls are gross and always smell. The gates are never working... except maybe one or two. Good location close to 35. Their pest control doesn’t work, so use your own. This is a massive complex expect all the problems that go with that. I am waiting for the day I can leave this place.

I've been living here for a while now, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with my experience. The apartment complex is well-maintained, and the management team is responsive and friendly. The amenities are great, and the location is very convenient. While there are always minor things that could be improved, I'm content with my living situation and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable place to call home.

Very clean, good quality, can't even hear my neighbors through the walls. Have not even seen any pests since i got here. Amenities are very clean and of high quality. Safety measures for fire in all apartments, so I know my pets are safe in case something happens while I'm away.
