So far I have been happy with this apartment. The only downfall is that that front gates have been broken on and off since I moved in and it seems to take a long time to fix them.

Overall a good, consistent experience. All interactions I've had with maintenance have been timely and positive. Management seems responsive and helpful when I need it. Neighbors are not an issue and I'm happy with the location, quietness, heating/cooling in the apartment, floor plan, and nature trails on the property. The construction on the 35 frontage road right outside means traffic is always little frustrating coming and going, however, and the gates have not worked a majority of my time... living here. The pool and gym are small and the dogs tend to be noisy sometimes (just a problem that always comes with a pet-friendly community). I have had problems with pests (mice and roaches) but I applied my own pest control and the problem went away. Overall not a bad value for the location, apartment size, and amenities.

I absolutely love my apartment complex. It’s spacious, full of great amenities, and perfect for someone like me who works from home, I get to take advantage of everything it has to offer and I feel safe.

Little to no communication from the office. They seem to not have answers and don't ever follow up with answers when they say they will. For example when they switched platforms for payments they didn't think through that it would shut down the online maintenance requests and when asked they had no idea how to submit maintenance requests online and never followed up with an answer when they said they would
