Great location, helpful maintenance and office staff, useful amenities like turf dog park, nice .68 mile trail, two pools, and a gym. Older buildings with foundation issues causing unwanted bugs to creep in like carpenter ants.

Well maintained apartment community. The apartment is present in a prime location. The lake near the apartment is such an amazing bonus. Also the residents are very good.
