True rating: 3.5. In the first 15-mo. lease I signed, there were several issues in the unit that involved multiple maintenance visits. Granted the issues were addressed in a semi-timely manner, the amount of hassle and "proving myself" that said issues existed made it quite the headache. Fast-forward to the end of the lease, I decided to renew for a second 15-mo. lease as there had not been many other things to address during the lease-term, nor did I want to deal with the pain of moving. The... property changed management and the front-office staff consisted of, mostly, new faces. There were multiple issues with my lease renewal where the math just did not add up. After realizing I was being charged different amounts other than what I signed for, it took multiple screenshots and providing proof despite the complex being in the wrong with their numbers even after several weeks into the 2nd lease-term. Will not be renewing to avoid the headache and, sometimes, rude staff interactions.

I'm sorry your interactions with the office at move in & renewal were not positive ones. I started as the new Community Manager at the property at the end of 2023.
