Unprofessional
Took my deposite, ran multiple credit checks, for 3 weeks told me I was eligible and it wasn't until 3 days after the move in date we agreed on that they told me they couldn't give me the apartment. They are very unprofessional, they wasted 3 weeks of my time going back and forth. Very rude people, and won't answer calls or respond back to unless you physically go in person.

Also all apartment deposits are fully refundable during the application process, no matter the circumstance. Although you have decided not call our community home, we prefer to part ways on a positive note.
