Unprofessional
Took my deposite, ran multiple credit checks, for 3 weeks told me I was eligible and it wasn't until 3 days after the move in date we agreed on that they told me they couldn't give me the apartment. They are very unprofessional, they wasted 3 weeks of my time going back and forth. Very rude people, and won't answer calls or respond back to unless you physically go in person.

While we're disappointed to hear you haven't had the experience you deserve, we greatly appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve our services. We aim to provide quality customer service for our current and future residents and we are... sincerely sorry this has not been your impression. Also all apartment deposits are fully refundable during the application process, no matter the circumstance. Although you have decided not call our community home, we prefer to part ways on a positive note. Please give the office a call if you have any lingering questions or concerns you would like us to address about the affordable housing program in which we participate. We wish you luck in your future endeavors.
