Either this place is a con or management is entering apartments without notice
Canceled my lease within the same day as signing because
-the apartment wasn’t what was listed and was nothing like what is visable from the outside of the complex. ( listed as second story canyon view but it’s on ground level with trees and the neighbors front door directly in front of my porch )
- They wouldn’t let me add my pregnant girlfriend to the lease before i had signed and waited until after I signed to tell me she could only stay 14 days a months non consecutive despite me... asking
-they told me they didn’t have cleaners come and the apartment has dead bugs in every room and is already dingy and outdated
-the carpet was dirty despite everyone on google saying they got charged 1500 upon moving out because they ruined the carpet and it needs replacing
I’ve sent multiple emails to management with no reply. I emailed them within 3 hours of signing notifying them that I am terminating the lease and will not be moving in and I sent a follow up email with a photo of all my keys left in my apartment requesting they pick it back up and refund my money
Since sending the email to management my apartment has been locked (with no notice of them having to enter for any kind of maintenance) and I have only received emails asking how my move in went. I could not have locked the door because only the top lock can be locked and it requires a key which I had left for them to pick up
I’m at a loss with this place and I was so excited to live here and they do have a ton of potential and I could even work past this all if they would have given me an apartment they had listed or helped accommodated my pregnant girlfriend. I know it will be made right sooner or later but please don’t waste your time and money like I did and hopefully management can see this and will reach out to help me move on before it goes to court.
