The move in process was pretty smooth, however my apartment was not move-in ready. And it took maintenance a month and a half to come and fix everything that should’ve been taken care of before I moved in. The day I got my keys, the lights wouldn’t come on. Upon the maintenance crew coming to fix that, they noticed a list of things in the apartment that needed to be fixed one being the stove that did not work. They told me they’d come back the next morning and fix everything before I moved in... all my things. When I came back the next day to move in all my furniture, nothing had been fixed. I had to go to the leasing office multiple times to request maintenance to come fix my stove, which was one of 5 things they still had to fix. I was told that was a low priority and it took them a month and a half to come and fix it. It was a very big inconvenience having to eat fast food for a month and a half because they neglected to have the apartment move-in ready. Great property though! Love it!
