It's not worth the price anymore. It went down hill express the pandemic, and hasn't made it back yet. It used to be good. But, all apartments are way to expensive for what you get.

It seems a lot like the dishwasher; the new one seems iffy. Brandon at the front desk is our hero. He came to shut off the fire alarms. He would be a GREAT manager; he goes above and beyond every time. The maintenance is lacking in doing a job for 4 or 5 times.

This community has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is wonderful and the complex is safe and clean . They stay on top of maintenance request and are always willing to help of you need it . I have recommended so many people to greystar properties and will continue to do so .

I have a good experience in Toscana in general, my apartment is very luminous a little noisy the maintenance is fast and efficient, some things to improve, for example the garbage containers that are in poor condition and give a bad impression to the complex.

Love this place, been living here for almost 2 yrs and couldn't be happier with the experience. I love how quiet and peaceful it it. The staff are incredibly friendly and responsive to any maintenance request. Highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.
