Management and staff are friendly and professional. The location is excellent in terms of access to other areas of the city. The convenient location to park and hiking trail is a bonus.

Gentlemen at front desk and management are very nice. Great amenities, perfect location for us, and we're very appreciative of the occasional community activities--it's always great to meet the neighbors through these. Issues with stolen bikes (that management doesn't address with the community) and packages left outside (that management addresses, but the "system" of handling these remains broken) are the only problems we've had so far. Negligent dog owners, and noisy neighbors you hear through... paper thin walls and ceilings just comes with the territory of living in a "fun & young" apartment community. That's all fine for us, but prospective residents should be aware of this before considering living here.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Trailhead Apartments. Sherwin has been incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The proximity to GoValle Park and the Walnut Creek Trail is unbeatable. The community feels welcoming, and my apartment is modern, spacious, and comfortable. I highly recommend Trailhead Apartments!
