The comms system is just so bad. Specifically on the maintenance side. The maintenance people are amazing but the 3rd party system governing all comms between maintenance and residents makes things really flustering. Also, the lack of governance and fine enforcement for garbage violations makes the hallways disgusting. There are a few bad eggs here that ruin everything. It's been ok in the winter, but once it's hot, this garbage pileup from violators will get bad. Also, so many things just keep... breaking. The doors between the buildings and garage constantly don't work. The elevator keeps breaking. And the staff downstairs not being able to answer a yes-no question on whether units have CO meters really concerns me.
