People are very friendly and the staff is great! Parking situation could be better - If the community was at any higher residence percentage, it doesn’t seem that their would be enough parking for residents - much less any guests.

With the exception of the plumbing, my apartment is perfect.

Flat bottom sinks and shower stall requires WAY too much water to rinse sinks. Bathroom spout is so short, washing hands requires bumping into sink.
