Will never return.

These reviews are a lie. These apartments suck, parking is bad, maintenance is bad, neighbors are disrespectful, they will come in without your consent waking you up at 7 am. Please don’t come here.

Amazing apartments

I just love how clean it is from outside of the apartment, feels homie, I love the staff how they take care of you real quick if you need anything I do recommend casa grande. Great people and great service.

Birdie

We like it, pest control every month, not very noisy just the normal amount of noise. So far if we need something done in apt it’s done pretty fast. Management is friendly, school bus stops right in front. The pool is clean weekly, the balconies could use update but other than that we like it
