its better than being homeless
if you just want a roof where you can live, compromising other amenities then it's for you!!! Basic housing with sub-standard amenities and maintenance.

Not worth it.
As a four almost five year tenant I've seen lack of management. Lack of cleanliness. And lack of concern. They now charge for any and all repairs. Claiming it's a new rule. Which seems odd considering they never bothered to follow through with any request for a repair unless four to five weeks/months later. The raised the rent. Which for these apartments should of never been raised. It's not an apartment complex but the projects of college station.

The management here, Tamara, 2017 will tell you anything you want to hear and promise you the moon and then never follow through.
