Good not GREAT

Pros: environmental upkeep is wonderful!
Cons: maintenance requests will take forever to be met, you can attempt to call and they will tell you “tomorrow” and tomorrow ends up being months later. Which leads me to my next thing, calling the office is So. Hard. They never answer and when they do.. it’s makes your day because you conquered the impossible. Our gates are always broken (they never fixed the side gate btw) they are always posting random extra charges to your account for “reembursed... trash or water”. Maintance will REFUSE to come in your home if you have a dog.. even if it’s put in its kennel.

Everything needed to be comfortable

These apartments are very well kept and very comfortable. Neighbors are pretty quiet. The management are always interacting with our apartment community through nice little giveaways, that's so sweet and they are very caring.
